Cancellation Policy

Deeply Devoted understands that life changes & circumstances may require you to change or cancel an appointment. There is no fee for any cancellation or change made with at least 24 hours notice. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your credit card will be charged 50% percent of the price of your session. In the case of gift cards of 60 minutes or longer, you will be counted as having used 50% percent of the session time. The remaining time may be rescheduled as additional time with a future appointment. In the case of gift cards of less than 60 minutes, the appointment will be counted as if it had occurred. Covid-19 policy: If you need to reschedule your session due to illness, you will NOT be charged a late cancellation fee. However, we do appreciate as much notice as possible.
